Yep! This is how good the pâté and boar sausage was as Via Fortier and Celeste Baci represent Two Run Farm at the Farm To Table Experience New Orleans 2016 ... it's that good we had to share it no only because we loved their personalities, but the hip sustainable ways this farm is impacting the entire City of New Orleans as a whole. Two Run Farm is based out of Vaughan, Mississippi and incorporates wild artisanal meats and cheeses featured at local New Orleans' delicatessens such as St. James Cheese Company located in the Warehouse District the American Sector at the infamous WWII Museum to name a few.
